Tenant Aquisition

Once a prospective tenant is found we will ensure we gather the appropriate documentation and work with their broker or the prospective tenant to ensure you have the information to evaluate the tenants credit worthiness and business operation details.    We will also assist and advise with lease documents .    We use the standard AIR Commercial Real Estate Association Lease forms and in some cases the California Association of Realtors forms.

With every commercial transaction we always recommend having all documents and all aspects of a real estate transaction evaluated and reviewed by qualified legal professionals and tax professionals and the building inspected by qualified commercial real estate building professionals.
